The Alignment Workshop
One workshop.
Your whole team aligned.
The natural first step for most churches. Your leadership team walks away with shared language, honest clarity about where your church stands, and a concrete plan you can execute immediately.
The Big Picture
After working with more than 1,000 church teams, we've seen the same thing again and again. Churches that get radically aligned around their mission come alive. They move with unity. They make decisions with conviction. And they reach the people around them who don't know Jesus.
The Alignment Workshop is where that journey begins. It's not a conference talk or a leadership retreat. It's a working session, grounded in Scripture, built around proven frameworks, and designed to produce one thing: a team that leaves aligned and ready to act.
This workshop works whether your church is navigating a plateau, trying to keep up with growth, or simply sensing that there is more.

Most leadership experiences send you home inspired but uncertain about what to actually do next. This workshop is built around doing the work together, not just hearing about it. You'll engage proven frameworks applied directly to your church's context, and you'll leave with a concrete plan your team has already committed to. The clarity you walk away with is specific, not general.
-
Bring your core team, two to eight leaders including your pastor, staff, elders, and key volunteers. Everyone attends together so you leave with real conversations and shared understanding, not separate takeaways. Works for church plants, established churches, growing churches, and churches seeking renewed clarity. For the Online Edition, if your team members are in different locations that's completely fine — during sessions all your team members are placed together in the same breakout room.
-
Both. If your church feels stuck, this workshop shows you exactly what's blocking progress and leaves you with a real plan to move forward. If your church is growing, it clarifies what's working and what's needed to sustain it. Either way, this is the first step toward unlocking the potential your church is ready for.

The Workshop introduces the core frameworks of the Radical Alignment system. You'll get hands-on experience with each one, applied to your church's specific context, so you leave with more than familiarity. You leave knowing how to use them.
Radical Alignment — Evaluate your church's alignment across Personal, Leadership, Board, and Congregational dimensions.
The Great Commission Engine — Align your weekend experience, relationships, and discipleship around a single mission.
Engagement Pathway — Map how people actually move through your church and where they get stuck.

The morning is spent learning the frameworks that more than 1,000 churches have used to create greater impact. Lunch is a chance to connect with other church leaders navigating the same challenges. The afternoon is where you do the work — applying everything to your specific church and leaving with a clear plan and a concrete next step.

Four weekly sessions build on each other progressively, moving from biblical foundation and self-assessment in the first two weeks, to identifying Your ONE and mapping your Engagement Pathway in week three, to completing your full action plan in week four. Between sessions a peer community of church leaders keeps the conversation and momentum going.
-
Absolutely, and it's one of the best ways to bring new leaders into the system quickly. One recommendation: whenever possible, have new team members attend alongside someone from your church who already knows the frameworks. There's something powerful about hearing 'here's how we actually use this at our church' from a teammate who is going through it alongside you. It grounds the experience in your specific context and accelerates how quickly new leaders can contribute. Sending new people on their own isn't wrong, but attending together is almost always better.

Every church receives participant workbooks, access to a live experienced IC facilitator or coach throughout the workshop, and two complimentary copies of Radical Alignment by Bart Rendel and Doug Parks — your full reference for implementing your action plan and continuing the journey.
One team. One mission.
Close the gap between good intentions and lasting impact. Your leadership team is ready for this.
