Becoming and remaining an effective college campus minister is no small feat. The work is uniquely complex — staff health, student culture, vision in a constantly transitory environment, policies, generosity, and raising up the next generation of leaders. Most campus ministers navigate all of this without tools built for their specific context or peers who truly understand their world.
The College Campus Ministry Leader Cohort was built to change that. Over the course of a year, you go through the 10 Disciplines of College Campus Ministry Leadership alongside a small group of fellow ministers who are navigating the same challenges. What cohort alumni talk about most is the combination of contextualized, practical tools and the supportive learning community. Both are rare in college campus ministry. This cohort offers both.

Your cohort works through the 10 Disciplines of College Campus Ministry Leadership — a framework built specifically for the unique realities of campus ministry. You will be guided by a facilitator with deep college campus ministry experience, and you will go through the year alongside other ministers who understand your world because they are living it.
