What if you could give Church Planters the tools and training to lead healthy, growing churches?
Many church plants get stuck shortly after launch.
Most church planter training focuses on the launch, and understandably so because you only get to launch strong once.
At Intentional Churches, we have created a special training specifically designed for post-launch Church Plants. Planters experience the fundamentals of ChurchOS and learn how to install this people-driven operating system to help their church plant go further faster. Over 100 church plants have been trained already, helping to change the trajectory of their church plant and the team's leadership.
What church planters are saying about the experience
What is our Church Planter Orientation?
Our Church Planter Orientation is a two-and-a-half-day experiential training program where 6-12 church planters learn the basics of ChurchOS® and leave with a clear plan for their next season.
They then receive six months of cohort-style coaching from one of our certified coaches. They’ll get practical advice and learn from others as they follow God’s plan for the next season of work.
“Salty Church was fortunate to both sponsor and host a Church Planter Orientation. The power of the orientation, beyond the impact on those who attended, was so important for our church. By hosting, my staff was able to gain a better perspective on church planting and ChurchOS®. In addition, our congregation became more engaged in church planting by knowing that we are hands-on, directly impacting other churches around the country. This was definitely a win for Salty Church and the kingdom.”
