Advanced workshop with a certified IC facilitator and coach
Quarterly full-day on-site visits
Ongoing monthly coaching calls
Advanced framework work built on your Lap One foundation
A structured continuation of your Lap One work, led by a certified IC facilitator and coach. Your team re-engages the frameworks at a deeper level, names and addresses your next biggest constraint, and launches a new Vision Initiative Project with the same hands-on coaching support that made Lap One effective.
In-Person Advanced Lap
The Online Advanced Lap applies constraint-based thinking and the VIP framework to the next level of your church's alignment work — delivered virtually, in a cohort alongside other churches that have completed a Lap.

The In-Person Advanced Lap is a more intensive, hands-on engagement with a certified IC facilitator and coach working directly with your team on-site. The Online Advanced Lap works through the same advanced framework work virtually, in a cohort with other Lap alumni churches. The cohort brings its own dimension — peer churches who already know the work, speak the language, and will hold you accountable in ways that are hard to replicate otherwise.

Other churches that have already completed a OneTeam Lap. Cohorts are kept small so there is real community and honest conversation, not just a group call.
