Doug Parks & Bart Rendel
Doug Parks and Bart Rendel are the co-founders of Intentional Churches and co-authors of Intentional Churches and Radical Alignment.

Doug served for seventeen years as Executive Pastor at Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas before co-founding Intentional Churches in 2013. Since then, Intentional Churches has helped hundreds of churches across more than twenty denominations implement the Intentional Churches Toolbox, aligning their leadership, systems, and strategy around the Great Commission.

Bart served for eighteen years as an Executive Pastor at Crossroads Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, and Central Christian Church in Las Vegas. He later spent five years with a national church consultancy, serving as Strategic Planning Lead and then CEO, where he built and led the Growth Planning Process and guided hundreds of churches through strategic alignment.

A pastor’s kid at heart, Bart is driven by one clear aim: helping local churches reach and disciple more people for Christ. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Catherine, and their two children, Luke and Lila. In his free time, he enjoys golf and following the University of Kentucky athletic program.
