This isn't another conference experience you'll forget by next Tuesday. You'll engage proven tools and frameworks that have transformed how 1,000+ churches operate. Most importantly, you'll do the work over four weeks with real time between sessions to think, prepare, and process.

You'll leave with something tangible. A plan, not just ideas. A one-week commitment you've already locked in. And accountability through OneCommunity to keep momentum going.

And you'll do it as a team, alongside other church leaders who get it. You'll leave aligned, accountable, and ready to act. This is honest work. You might not like everything you discover. But you will leave with crystal clarity about what needs to shift, and exactly how to shift it.

Bring your core leadership team (2-8 leaders), including pastor, staff, elders, and key volunteers. Everyone should attend together to have real conversations with shared understanding. Works for church plants, established churches, growing churches, and churches seeking renewed clarity.

If your team members are in different locations, that's completely fine. During breakout sessions, we'll place all your team members together in the same Zoom room so you can work and collaborate seamlessly.

Week 1 | Foundation & Mission Awareness

Ground yourself in biblical truth about mission and unity. Understand your actual capacity to reach people. Begin personal reflection on who you're called to reach.

Week 2 | Frameworks & Evaluation Standards

Review honest assessment data about your church. Learn the Great Commission Engine. Rate your church honestly using proven frameworks.

Week 3 | Our ONE & Engagement Pathway

Identify specifically who your church is called to reach. Map how people actually move through your church and where they get stuck.

Week 4 | Complete Action Plan

Move through all 7 Steps. Identify 3–5 prioritized action items. Lock in one concrete next-week commitment. Design your prayer rhythm.

Between Sessions | OneCommunity

Stay connected through weekly prompts, mid-week check-ins, and peer accountability. Keep momentum going between live sessions.

Radical Alignment

Evaluate alignment across four critical areas: Personal, Leadership, Board, and Congregational. Each is examined through three biblical dimensions: Heart (conviction), Mind (understanding), and Strength (action). Identify exactly where alignment is breaking down and what must shift for your mission to move forward.

Capture what's Right (Amplify), Wrong (Fix), Missing (Add), and Confused (Clarify). This simple tool helps your team move from abstract discussion to prioritized, actionable next steps.

Each week includes:

• Reading assignment: 15–30 minutes (chapters from Radical Alignment)

• Assessment homework: One week only (15–20 minutes, between Week 1 & 2)

• OneCommunity engagement: 10–15 minutes (optional, keeps you connected)
