The Alignment Workshop: Online Edition
Close the gap between intentions and lasting impact
A New Online Workshop from Intentional Churches
After working with over 1,000 church teams, we've discovered one thing: Churches that get radically aligned around the Great Commission come alive. They move with unity. They multiply disciples. They reach their communities.
The Alignment Workshop: Online Edition is a powerful four-week intensive that grounds you in biblical truth and equips you with proven frameworks to unlock lasting kingdom impact. You'll discover what's blocking your progress and leave with a concrete plan your team can execute immediately.
This workshop works whether you're stuck, growing quickly, or somewhere in between.
ROOTED IN SCRIPTURE. GROUNDED IN REALITY.
This workshop begins with the biblical foundation for everything you'll do: alignment is not a trend. It's God's design for His church. From that foundation, you'll learn frameworks to evaluate where your church actually stands. Not where you hope it stands. Chart a path forward with clarity and conviction.

This isn't another conference experience you'll forget by next Tuesday. You'll engage proven tools and frameworks that have transformed how 1,000+ churches operate. Most importantly, you'll do the work over four weeks with real time between sessions to think, prepare, and process.
You'll leave with something tangible. A plan, not just ideas. A one-week commitment you've already locked in. And accountability through OneCommunity to keep momentum going.
And you'll do it as a team, alongside other church leaders who get it. You'll leave aligned, accountable, and ready to act. This is honest work. You might not like everything you discover. But you will leave with crystal clarity about what needs to shift, and exactly how to shift it.
-
Bring your core leadership team (2-8 leaders), including pastor, staff, elders, and key volunteers. Everyone should attend together to have real conversations with shared understanding. Works for church plants, established churches, growing churches, and churches seeking renewed clarity.
If your team members are in different locations, that's completely fine. During breakout sessions, we'll place all your team members together in the same Zoom room so you can work and collaborate seamlessly.

For Stuck Churches
If your church feels stuck, this workshop shows you exactly what's blocking progress. You'll identify where alignment is breaking down. In your leadership, with your board, or in congregational understanding. And leave with a real plan to move forward.
For Thriving Churches
If your church is growing dynamically, this workshop clarifies what's working, why, and what's needed to sustain growth. Prepare the next generation of leaders with the same framework, and ensure your growth stays mission-focused.
Either way, this is the first step toward unlocking the potential your church is ready for.

Radical Alignment
Evaluate alignment across four critical areas: Personal, Leadership, Board, and Congregational. Each is examined through three biblical dimensions: Heart (conviction), Mind (understanding), and Strength (action). Identify exactly where alignment is breaking down and what must shift for your mission to move forward.
Great Commission Engine®
Align your weekend experience, relationships, and discipleship around a single mission. See how the three pistons work together, or fail to work together, to drive real disciple-making momentum: Catalytic Weekend Experience, Life-Changing Relationships, and Surrendered Living.
Engagement Pathway
Begin mapping the actual steps people take from first contact to fully devoted followers of Jesus. Surface gaps, confusion, and misalignment, then leave with a shared understanding of how people move through your church.
Your ONE
Gain direction on the person or people your church is called to reach. When Your ONE is clear, your message, groups, outreach, and leadership decisions come into focus.
Four Helpful Lists (used by permission from the Paterson Center)
Capture what's Right (Amplify), Wrong (Fix), Missing (Add), and Confused (Clarify). This simple tool helps your team move from abstract discussion to prioritized, actionable next steps.
